we knew exactly what we were doing and we're sorry that she's dissatisfied. However, she purchased awnings that were meant to be installed into solid material that can bear weight, such as wood or brick. the location in which she wanted her awnings installed was a top ultra thin vinyl siding with nothing behind it but Styrofoam board insulation. for our part, we didn't bat and I, and we set out upon a plan to do the job that we agreed to do . In other words we did the right thing. curiously enough, about 3 hours into our work, Bennie asked us to leave, saying simply, "we need to call it a day for today, boys." I explain what was going on and offered to come black the following day to finish the job or to finish it that afternoon. After all, I had cancelled another job scheduled for that afternoon in order to finish Benny's job. i explained to her that we were installing wooden studs behind her vinyl siding. she acted as if we were being paid by the hour and that we were burning up time to pad her bill. that's not the case because we were not being paid by the hour . as a matter of fact, I told her that I would like to finish the job, and I didn't care if we were even paid or not. I didn't need the money nearly as badly as I wanted to successfully complete the job and for it to be done right. as if the afternoon couldn't become more bizarre, she said to me, "I just want to go to sleep, and y'all have been here long enough." it was 2:30pm. LET ME SAY THIS FOR THE RECORD: I will gladly go and finish this job, tomorrow, if she would like for me to. I will even return her money to her. I offered all that the day this happened, and I'm offering it again. I will return her money and do the job. However, I think she'd rather complain and publish patently untrue, libelous statements.
