FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to begin photography projects with a one on on conversation with my client to thoroughly understand their needs. These meetings are conducted in person, over the phone or by FaceTime/Skype. By the end of this meeting, my clients and I work out the details of the project such as shoot date/times , style goals, product packages and deadlines. Come shoot day, I always arrive early to observe the shooting environment and conduct some test shots in order to ensure that my client's time is not wasted. During the shoot, I am attentive to the ideas and needs of my clients in order to ensure that the shoot process is efficient and stress free while also keeping my client's ideas on center stage. My post production process varies depending upon the project type. For instance with event photography my typical turn around time is less than 5 days while with weddings the editing process may take a few weeks. I communicate with my clients throughout this time providing preview images and continuing the discussion of editing style in order to guarantee the final product reflects their needs.
