- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any person who hires me for a Diagnostic check, will get %50 off repair labor if parts are needed!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will listen to identify the issues the customer is having. Usually an office assessment or the like is done, to get an overall picture of the person's network and computer systems. From there, it depends on what is needed per each circumstance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied at Framingham State college for my Computer Science degree. I have had multiple certifications from Microsoft, Cisco and Sonicwall. I have been in the IT field, in the corporate world, for over 20 years. My knowledge and experience insure quick, accurate diagnosis and the know how to resolve issues without re-inventing the wheel.
