Introduction: I have been an inspirational speaker since I was an exchange student at the age of 15. I have spoken at and served as a workshop facilitator for companies, universities, leadership conferences, women’s events, and career transition groups worldwide. I have been described as unconventional and creative as I deliver thought provoking presentations. My diverse background and expertise in human capital has made me successful in not only educating my audiences but also inspiring them to better understand themselves, those closest to them, and others they may encounter. I inject humor as well as realistic ideas into my presentations which makes them memorable for my audience and provides actionable takeaways. Beth Carter Enterprises was launched in 2011, and is a thriving business that encompasses executive, business, and career coaching, workshops and presentations, and the DISC, Motivators, 360, and Emotional Intelligence assessments. I am also President of Carter Consultants Ltd., an international executive search firm she founded in 1991. I hold a MBA in Marketing Management from Baruch College and graduated cum laude from Bryant University. I am a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Professional Resume Writer, and an Adjunct Professor at Bryant University.
