There is no standard pricing involved because all jobs vary according to what needs done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them at the site where they are needing the work done. The business or home owner explains the work they're wanting done,and the time frame they're expecting it to be completed in. I then explain to the customer the process the job requires in order for it to be done correctly. and then if they want a bid ;and then I go over it with the customer so they know exactly the work that will be performed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years in the construction field.Everything from drywall (hanging, taping and finish), to painting interior & exterior. Light electrical, plumbing, wood repair, and just about any type of home maintenance.
