Introduction: I incorporate a holistic approach to yoga -mind-body-breath-spirit and lifestyle. I offer coaching, regular classes, and workshops related to yoga asana (the physical practice), pranayama (breath work) & meditation, as well as yoga theory principles like understanding energy, and yogic diet / lifestyle. It is such a joy to get to know people and the different health challenges they face, and work to find solutions that are tangible as produce results!
I love seeing clients' share excitement when demonstrating improvement in overall health & fitness --strength, flexibility, and balance --and also in the more subtle things like experiencing less anxiety, or greater focus, energy & calm.
I'm highly passionate about my own yoga practice, which has motivated me to create a daily discipline in the yogic lifestyle. It has radically transformed me from an overworked, overstressed, substance abusing, anxiety-ridden lifestyle to a calm, balanced, focused, energized, more laid back or "easy", healthy lifestyle.
