Looking to get screwed over, then this is the company for you. Contracted them a while back to do a Aluminum Soffit Vinyl Gable conversion. Their rep Tony Berry came out, gave me a quote which included 6" vinyl in writing. The day they come out to do the work they show up with 4"? After going rounds for a few weeks trying to get them to finish, it was determined the product specd was not available, but they could do 5"? That is after I pay them $800 more for there mistake! Along with their questionable business ethics, their work leaves a lot to be desired! Even though their contract said 6" in writing, according to the owner Ramon 'that doesn't mean anything". What a joke! If shoddy work and a company that does not stand behind their work or contracts is what you are looking for, THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU!!!!!!

David H never signed the contract. This contract was from 2014, We showed up at the job with 5" vinyl siding to show the customer. The customer did not want to use the 5" siding, so he wanted to find his own 6" vinyl siding online. That same day the customer payed us to install aluminum soffit & fascia only. We never installed the vinyl gable siding, and we never received payment for the vinyl siding as the customer wanted to find his own 6" siding. Two months later the customer called back and said he could not find 6" vinyl siding, and wanted us to order the 6" vinyl siding for him. When the customer was given the price for the 6" vinyl siding, he did not agree with the price so we never started the vinyl siding or did we take any payment for the siding. The only payment we received was for the soffit and fascia which was finish on the same day it was started.

*BEST EXPERIENCE EVER*I have been looking for a good roofing company since the big hail store approached summer 2017. I did have about 3 other companies evaluate my home and I was so happy to find top quality roofing and siding! Linda was wonderful when I first called the company office for information.Not even two days passed and a sales man contacted me back.Jr Cruz was very flexible sales man/public adjuster on coming to my home to evaluate my roof,siding and gutters for damage. He was honest on his thought over having a chance for insurance approval and that is what gave me more trust to proceed with them. Long story short, thanks to Jr me and my husband got our roof,siding and gutters approved by the insurance and absolutely LOVED the results!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will work around what the customer is interested in getting and also give them good ideas of advice that will make them understand more about products we offer and warranties that are given for each product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully passed my unlimited state license exam for the state of Illinois to work on any type of roofs like commercial building and residential roofs. I also most recently passed my public adjuster exam so that was i can be state licensed to represent the homeowners in any insurance claims and get there job finished the right way.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father is the owner of the business and i am following in his foot steps. I have learned everything from him that is related in this business through him. We are also a family ran business.
