Mark @ Chicago Water Works did a very good job of installing the reverse osmosis water filtration unit. His work was quick, cost effective and clean. He also made sure that the area was very neatly done. Overall, I was very impressed by their professionalism.

I am a new owner of a house with a well and have never had to maintain or work with well water treatment. Chicago Water took the time to walk me through what all of my equipment did, what maintenance and schedules were involved, water testing from different points in the house, and some considerations when we are wanting to upgrade our system

No sales reps + only water technicians = wholesale pricing on top-of-the-line equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can do a ballpark estimate over the phone. If the pricing is within your budget, we come out to do a water test and look over the installation space. Then we provide a quote in writing and set up an installation date and time.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
