FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge in accordance to the national average for our services well within the median range, a premium cost, to provide high quality service and to pay our employees very well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Performing a walk-through and pointing out any hard water, broken seals, or severe scratches or etchings on panes (window cleaning) and bricks needing tuckpointing, loose siding or shingles, gutter issues (pressure washing). We will ask that curtains, small furniture, and knick knacks be moved and provide a satisfaction form for feedback to better serve them again and the next clients. For soft washing, we will fully inspect the surfaces to be treated, locate a water source, take a note of any preexisting damage that our process would be a concern of and discuss options with client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Worked for a local cleaner for 6 years prior before understanding the service business differently than the owner - leading to the creation of a full-service window care and soft washing and restoration business.
