- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mascots are $125per 45 mins, $145per hour as of now. face painter: $125 per hour ballon professionals and custom cake artists need details before pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out what exactly the customer is looking for. I present all of our available services and pricing. Next, I offer them a discount upon extended time, references, etc. Next, I ask for a 50% deposit to hold their date and time, I sent them a confirmation of their payment. Upon arrival date, I check in to make sure all information is still the same and allow my employees to go make their event amazing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with children for over 5 years. I have found out what makes them happy and excited. I decided to create my own business making children smile all over! I hope to expand within a year as well.
