- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is completely fair, completely honest and completely transparent. Oh - and it's competitive and often cheaper than our competitors. Our goal is to provide you an estimate that's as exact as possible. And we will not try to shamelessly up-sell you when we arrive, as the others do. We want to keep you as on-budget as possible. So our website offers a number of tools - like our Signature "Snap & Send" - to help you do that. And our Pricing page on our website offers a great sense of what certain items will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand the junk removal process can be a hassle. So we strive to make it as hassle free as possible. We offer tools like our Signature "Snap & Send," where customers can simply snap pics of their junk items, send them to us and receive fair and fast estimates. We also interact with customers via email and phone. Once hired for a job, we sort out junk items to see what can be salvaged and donated to others in need. And we always interact with our customers with a smile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Craig Draggs, has been in the junk removal business for 5 years. Chief among his experiences: responsibly interacting with customers. He also is extremely keen on Green Disposal. So much so that JD Hefty Haulers educates its workers in best practices in this area.
