- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not just for me photographing my client. It's about the over-all value and experience. I go to work for my client right away, by understanding the purpose of the photoshoot. This gives me the ability to provide my clients with the end-product they are seeking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak or meet with new clients to discuss their photographic needs. This assures that both the client and I are on the same page. Afterwards, I provide an estimate based on what the client is looking for. I also work with the customer on wardrobe and styling. I also require a retainer for the shoot which is used to book my studio, and secures the scheduled session date & time. The remainder of the balance is due prior to the session. After the shoot, I provide a proof gallery to my client where they will select images for final editing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America), The Headshot Crew and Nikon Professional Services. Through these organizations, I have studied photography among other photographer learning resources.
