It is up to you! You have flexibility. I love meeting new people in the Central Illinois area and becoming an extension of the family. Proving my work on our first shoot together and then being invited back for next year's photos... or being refered to a family member who just got engaged... or taking pregnancy pics and then following the baby through their first year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will propose a package with the Thumbtack quote that best matches what I believe you are looking for... That quote will be as detailed as I can make it with the information provided. The quote will be a flat rate which includes the session, a download site where your images will be available for you to download for the next 3 months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to understand and capture exactly the photos that you're hoping for.... Once hired, we can chat about the event or occasion and decide on the right time and place to set the session. We'll meet there and start snapping!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple years of experience, spherically in portrait photography. This last year was the first year for wedding photography and I enjoyed it hugely and hope to expand to that area more.
