Introduction: From hypnosis to guided imagery to massage, Reiki, crystal healing, and even a visit with our Holistic Health Practitioner for herbals and supplements, our complementary healing services are the best choice for those improving their life in a holistic way. I enjoy when people are new to a treatment and the conversation we have afterwards. The most common remark is “I feel much different than before!” Typically people have tried many other measures before coming to Alternative/Complementary Healing and have an abundance of emotional or physical pain. It is a great feeling seeing how people walk straighter, hold their head up higher, and leave with a smile. I would not change what we do here for anything!

Comfortable office, I am not scared walking to and from my car when it's dark outside & parking is close to the door. I like that she gave me the choice to be fully clothed during massage and it was better than the ones I've had to be undressed for. Different experience than I had at Massage Envy, the massage was a full 60 minutes not 50 and I was not rushed out the door right after, we chatted for a few minutes about how I felt the massage went. Since she massaged over the clothes it was more direct pressure on my knots with her thumbs instead of how they usually glide over with oil and don't get the knots out. It was the first massage where I was satisfied with the amount of time spent on the knots on my back instead of spending a bunch of time doing full body and flipping me over.

I have a consultation with every client before each appointment to ensure we will work on what you feel the main focus is. Afterwards I enjoy having a conversation about what you feel worked for you and if anything did not. The main goal is to make progress and effective communication will make progress happen!
