- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give military and senior discounts. We're a very small company with fair honest rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss there issues over the phone. I try to give the best estimate I can without seeing the problem. If I get to the clients home and the problem is much worse than expected, I would give them a free estimate, which they normally go with because we are very fair on are rates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my master plumber license and contractor license. I am also certified in cross contamination and tankless.
