FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices in the tree industry vary widely. You could get a $4000 bid to remove a tree from one company and another company bids $1000. It confuses people how can the prices be so far off. Well some companies are to big for there britches and think there services are worth $4000 because they have so much overhead. On the other end of the spectrum the company that bid absurdly low are the cons, drunks or the occasional guy a saw and a truck that get in over there head and most of the time bail half way through the job. We are not to big and not to small I believe we are just right and our bid show it we come in right in the middle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
