My experience has been great. Nick has done a great job in assisting me to evaluate my leadership skills and how I can become a better leader. Our church has also come to a better understanding of their position and what decisions need made to succeed.

Nick has been provided ongoing personal and leadership development coaching to me through online, one-on-one, 1 hour sessions, 2-4 times/month. We have met 10+ times.
Nick is an excellent coach. He is gifted in helping you to see your own journey from different perspectives. He helps you to set goals and to think critically about important steps. He doesn't tell you what to do, but guides you on your own process. Essentially, he's a good listener, asks great, leading questions, and cares about me. All of which add up to positive momentum for me.

Nick is an excellent leadership coach. His insightful questions have helped me evaluate my strengths and weaknesses and work toward becoming a stronger leader. In group sessions, Nick brings out the ways in which our team can work together to create a more symbiotic environment. I can't imagine not having Nick as my coach. I only see further growth for me and my leadership team. Best leadership decision we have made so far.
