HI, I HAVE HAD EZ CLEAN FOR YEARS AND HE HAS DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB ALWAYS. EVEN AFTER A PARTY FOR THE NEIGHBOR HOOD KIDS.I THOUGHT THE CARPET WOULD NEVER COME CLEAN AGAIN, BUT IT DID .I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

Ed worked very hard on a really hot day. I'm not sure if it was due to the app not asking the right questions or if I am ignorant about carpet cleaning, but when he arrived, he said there were 7 rooms of carpet, not 6. The price then went from $299 to $399 for the extra room. I feel like he should have stood by his quote as I made it crystal clear in my request that the house was quite large. He was very nice and very professional and would have gotten five stars from me if the price had not changed. There were a few tough spots left in the very light carpet that he couldn't remove. Overall, I am pleased with the experience.
