- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $69 per hour for most jobs plus materials. We do have a minimum of one hour. Large jobs that take multiple days we can bid out. We also rent out commercial dehumidifiers and fans for water clean up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical customer is someone who needs a handful of small jobs done. They would call us and let us know what they they would like done. Many of our customers see our number on our vans and call because we are doing work next door. When they call we would let them know if they needed to have any supplies ready for us and we would line up a time to complete the work. We charge most jobs by the hour and would expect payment in the form of a check or credit card upon completion.

We have been doing maintenance for property management for years and have encountered about every issue you could think of with a home.
