- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Now that you have chosen to have a property its time for the inspection. We will need to set up a time for the inspection. With our flexible scheduling and by communicating with you and the agents this step should be simple. Payment for the inspection is due on or before the date of the inspection. On the date of your Inspection your inspector should arrive a few minutes early to the property, Your attendance is not necessary; although, is preferred to assist in your education of the property. Our inspection will take between 1.5 - 2.5 hours depending on the size of the property. We will methodically inspect the property in accordance with the Standards of Practice established by the ASHI, with additional additions or exclusions as your have indicated in the Inspection Agreement. Upon completion of the inspection there will be time for a final walkthrough of the property to answer any additional questions. At this time a Inspection Agreement will be drawn up as a contract for your inspection. This will need to be signed before the release of the report. Your inspector will compile the photos taken at the time of inspection and information gathered to compile into a complete inspection report. Your report are electronic and will be delivered via email as a PDF document by the end of the day.
