- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based upon what is required for each event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to find out exactly what the client has in mind when it comes to adding music to their event. It's nice to chat on the phone for a quick, personal introduction, but I prefer that most dialogue is taking care of over email, so all of the details can be referenced online as notes. I have a standard performance contract that both parties sign, to ensure that the date is secure. My goal is to make sure each event is tailored specifically to the client and the purpose of each setting.

I have been a self employed performing musician since the spring of 2002. I've had the privilege over 3000 events since 1996.
