Let me start off by saying... You will not find a more personable, knowledgeable, and reliable agent than Leslie. Her personality is winning, her knowledge of every step of the home buying process (and beyond), as well as her knowledge of the area, and commitment to being with you every step of the way is remarkable.
I went to Leslie for help finding my father (66 years young) a "first home". She knew he had a limited budget with a pre-approval from his Credit Union, and the area and type of home he wanted. She searched (and researched) for the perfect home, in the right area, and showed him every house he wanted to see. She researched the homes prior to our showings and when we were there, she knew more than we expected her to about each home.
She got to know my father on a personal level, made the process easy enough for my father to understand, and taught him a little bit along the way. She was alert enough to listen when he mentioned being a Veteran of the Army and recommended he speak to a lender regarding a VA loan. Not only did she assist with this process as well, but, by recommending this for him, she nearly doubled his budget for a home and kept him in his price range. We are SO GRATEFUL for her skills. My father is now happily settled in his first home, and we owe so much to Leslie.
You will not find a more dedicated (and fun) agent to work with!

My husband and I were first time home buyers and loved working with Leslie! She was wonderful at sending us new listings, working around our crazy schedules to see homes, and looked out for us during the entire process. We definitely felt comfortable with her. She isn't trying to sell you a house, she helps you find a home that is perfect for you in every way.

We listed our home with a realtor recommended by a friend. After it was on the market for 3 months, with one showing, she recommended we lower the price $20,000. We became discouraged and decided to take it off the market. Then I found Leslie. She listed our home and we were under contract within 11 days, and we got our full asking price!! I'm so thankful for Leslie. She was so helpful throughout the whole process! I highly recommend her for any real estate needs!
