Within 3 days of making all your material selections, you'll receive a detailed proposal with an actual price -- not an estimate. I'm so confident in my work and the materials I install that I stand by the renovation for however long you reside in your home. Call me anytime, day or night, if you have a question, problem, or concern and I'll take care of it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our meeting, I'll direct you to a few suppliers whom I've worked with for years and trust. The professionals will assist you in the selection of all of your material needs, providing technical and design insights. I never work with builder-grade materials - only quality products that maintain their functionality and beauty over time. Within 3 days of you having made all of your selections, you'll receive a detailed proposal, not an estimate, for your job. I've been in business for more than 30 years, of which 24 years have been working exclusively with kitchens & bathrooms.
