- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a value pricing method for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will receive a welcome call which will be followed up with an email summary of the discussion. Once we both understand the scope of work and timeframe of completion the job will begin. Once all work is finalized we will review together and make plans for any follow up items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in accounting, QBO certified, and AFSP via the IRS
