We never heard from the other plumber who was to send us a quote and we even called him and no return call. Rick Phillips came out, assessed the job and was back the next day and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. We are very satisfied and would recommend him highly!

Rick was very responsive, and actually went to my rental property to prepare a free estimate. I've made a temporary fix, but the job still needs doing would definitely call him back.
