Introduction: My name is Maile Moore and I have always had a passion for caring for all types of animals and I would love to be able to give your pet the love and care they need. I have been pet sitting for 7 years and I also have been working at Eastridge Animal Hospital for 3 years now which has given me a lot of experience with all types of animals with all different personalities. Having my own animals has shown me what pets need to be happy and heathy. I have an Australian Shepherd, a bunny and three guinea pigs who all get the best care, food, love and exercise they need and I will treat your pet just like I do my own. I offer pet sitting while you are away or dog walking while you are at work. I also can include a bath and nail trim. I am a very active person and love going for walks, runs and hikes with the dogs I watch. As well as cuddling on the couch with your pets! We are very pleased with Maile and the in home pet sitting she provided for our two elderly dogs and young cat. With their advanced age, they require multiple medications and frequent floor clean ups from mistakes, all of which she handled professionally. This provided peace of mind knowing our pets were in good hands during our vacation. Although this is a service for a fee, we feel Maile brings much more than responsible contractual care. Through seeing her interactions with our pets, and seeing the time she puts into them, we believe she has a true love for animals, a trait that translates to providing the excellent care and love to our pets that allows us to not have to worry about them during our absence. To us, that's very valuable and desired when choosing a pet sitter. We trust Maile and highly recommend her if you are considering day visits or overnights!

Maile comes and stays at our home when we are on vacation and cares for our Westie, Tucker. She takes wonderful care of our little guy, taking him for walks in the park and playing games with him. While we are gone she sends us pictures and text messages of what she and Tucker are up to and we love that. Maile is very dependable and Tucker loves her. It is great peace of mind to know our pet is so well cared for while we are out of town. We also come home to a clean house and she even gives Tucker a bath! I would highly recommend her to care for your pets. She truly loves animals.

Maile is responsible and caring with our puppy. We trust her to come and take care of the puppy multiple times a day while we are working. I would highly recommend Maile to anyone looking for someone to dog sit/dog walk.

Maile cares for our two dogs when we're out of town. She gives them personal care that I don't think you can get at a kennel. They get lots of play time and go for walks, and I always come home to two exhausted but happy dogs. I love the short video updates of them playing that Maile sends me so I know they're having fun. She does a great job and I'm always confident my dogs are being well cared for.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing which I use for each customer but I am willing to negotiate to fit your needs better. $40 per night $18 per hour walk/visit $16 per half hour walk/visit $15-10 minute potty break $10 per bath $10 nail trimming
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start working with a new customer we first set up a time to meet and go over all the details of what they need and their pets need. While we are meeting I ask some questions like the ones below that I think are important. We can also go over price and the dates of when they will need my services. When I begin watching their pets if they are away or just at work for the day I always send updates and pictures to let them know how their pet is doing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had a lot of training with animals all through out my life. I have always owned animals of my own. I also volunteered with a rescue and work at an animal hospital now. I also have many repeat clients that use my pet sitting services. Currently I am enrolled in the dog training program at Animal Behavior College which also includes pet cpr and first aid.
