FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be found on my Facebook page however I do recommend contacting me so that we can discuss your requirements and determine a package that works best for you and your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When looking for a photographer, you have specific things in mind and it's my job to ask questions to better understand how to help you get what you're looking for. As we review your requirements we'll discuss options I can provide to you, associated costs and how to best provide you with the positive experience you're looking for. From then, we determine an outdoor or studio based location for the photos and the session is completed. Following our time together, I will do post session photo editing and provide you with the agreed upon number of images and in the format(s) you requested. I do ask that happy customers leave positive reviews and provide referral incentives to all of my clients.
