Ted you serviced my bathroom ceiling 8 days ago,. I explained I had no electrical power on the day of installation due to tenant moved out and the power was turned off. You recommended and installed a motor and you were paid after the job was completed of $250. the following day when power was restored, The fan did not work. I texted you several times and requested a follow up service call and was advised possibly Thursday or Friday. I have yet to date no working ceiling fan. I'm very unhappy . I would not recommend thumbtack to any of my friends. It would have been nice to get a personal call from you, even if your schedule was full. hopefully we can resolved this, this week.

I go by the hour or one set price. Which ever way the customer would like. I also give a 10% military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to look at the project. And talk to the customer. This way I can give a more accurate quote.
