- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing standard for a services that I do I'm usually open with the customer as far as their budget and try to stay within what they can actually afford. another factor is most jobs that I do are unique from one another and therefore I do not base one job to another on a standard pricing system
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process I have with new customers is a standard meet and greet. discuss the project in a manner in which they understand what they desire and what can actually be done based on time and budgets once that is accomplished then we move forward from there
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of on-the-job training. I work for years with my brother who is a general contractor Framing and remodeling homes. a lot of the things that I have been involved in is framing structures installing metal roofs Windows Doors flooring cabinets minor plumbing and electrical that does not involve licensed electrician or Plumbing work.
