Andy was awesome! He was prompt, knew what he was talking about, and did a really great job. He was super nice and a pleasure to have working at our house. I would recommend him to anybody. We will definitely be using this company again in the future. We are so glad we found him through Thumbtack.

Andy and the rest of Harmony Homes were hired to hang and finish drywall, and install a floating engineered hardwood floor. The agreed upon time was two weeks, it took 25 days. While I did say that if went past that was ok because I wanted it done right, it actually took 25 days. After they finished the drywall and told me it was paint ready I attempted to paint. The finishing job was terrible. They agreed to make the corrections but the second time was almost as bad. I paid a lot of money and only got half of the service. This was my first time using a contractor and it was a lesson learned. The bad thing is their quote was more than all others. They looked professional, that's why I hired them. Bad mistake. The floor looks good but it's pretty strait forward to install that cut and click flooring. I feel bad writing this review because they were nice guys but unfortunately I'm going to have to pay another drywall company to do a skim coat and fix their mess. That cost as much as I paid Harmony Homes for the drywall. Not to mention the 16 hours I spent painting and $250 of paint and supplies. All in all I am out of $1600 because of the job they did on the drywall. They did offer to come "fix" it but I already gave them two chances and it was bad both times. The photos will show what I'm saying. I'm not a person who likes to give bad reviews but I feel like I was ripped off for $1400 and I don't want that to happen to anyone else. I was hoping that they wouldn't offer to reimburse me because of how bad it is but they didn't. That would have made me feel somewhat better because I wouldn't have to pay a second company to do what I already paid them to complete. Just compare these photos to your drywall at home and you can see why I'm upset about this.

Ripoff seems a bit of a stretch Vincent. We offered to return and fix areas that you were not happy with. Those could have been pointed out when we were installing the floor, or certainly before you handed us the check for our work. You say that it took us 25 days. We were actually there 18 days, there were a number of days that you were painting. We were very accommodating to your schedule of working only in the evenings from 5-9, or the weekends. In fact, according to you, we were the only ones willing to work with this schedule. So, to say it took us 25 days is really misleading.
You have included photos of the light and smoke detector cut outs as to suggest that we did those. We did not, those were done prior to us coming on to the job to finish the drywall hanging.
I am glad that you are happy with the floor. While we were there you asked us to install the other door and install trim and molding for which you would compensate us. That work was completed, however we were not compensated.
We are good guys and we stand behind our work. Our offer still stands.

Talked to four contractors about installing a tile backsplash . Decided to Hire Andy from Harmony homes . He completed the work When I asked him to which was probably inconvenient for him since I wanted it done right away , and it came out great ! Very Happy !! He was open to whatever I wanted to do . He even add a glitter to my grout , to bling out my backsplash even more ! I love it !
