I highly recommend Tyler! He is very polite, honest and knowledgeable. He offered suggestions to raise the quality of my lawn without being pushy or condescending. He spent a great deal of time on my lawn and showed great attention to detail. I feel that his prices are very reasonable for the quality of service he provides!

Tyler came out to give us a quote on some landscaping work, we had set up the work to be done Monday at 11am, which he never showed up for and never called/texted with an explanation. My husband had to reach out to him to reschedule. We then rescheduled for Tuesday at 12pm, which again he did not show up and didn't call until 4:30pm to let us know he wasn't coming. He assured me that he would be here to do the work first thing this morning. I came home from work at lunchtime to check in, and still no show. His phone is now shut down. I can't explain how frustrated I am and I will never use this company to refer or for future projects.

Quick response to my initial request. Proposal was competitive. Requested work including shrub trimming, yard racking, lawn cutting and pine straw placement all done in a first class manner. Would not hesitate to call again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give military and senior citizen discounts. My pricing is not going to be the lowest you will receive but I can assure you that at Outdoor Resource Group we take care of every yard/property like our own and you get what you pay for at the end of the day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customer would like done, receive contact info/address from the customer, physically take a look at the property, provide customer a quote and a walk thru and last but not least get the job done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry.
