- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't generally need to but I can beat competitors prices. I know I provide very fair pricing for what you get. In addition to a great product every client receives honest timely responses, respect, and common courtesy at no charge of course. I'll show up and call as promised. I stand behind my work. I'm generally more picky than my customers so my quality is second to none.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to speak with my customers over the phone to get the best idea of what their needs are. Then I schedule a time and date for me to either do the project or see it first hand if needed. If scheduled in advance I call the day before to confirm the appointment as well as when I'm on my way to their home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with my father in law for a few years until he no longer was able to continue his business do to health reasons.
