This company has been in direct contact with me for over a week. They told me they were going to come to my house after my initial contact with them, didn't show up. They said they would come the next day, again, didn't show up. A few days later he was asking me what I needed done again as if he didn't already know. Yesterday they called to tell me they were "on their way" to my house to look at the issue, didn't show up. Not sure if I would hire them or not since they never actually came. Wouldn't recommend using this company if you have a time sensitive issue/ want a reliable person that does what they say they're going to do.

The customer service is horrible. They have taken $1850 as a contract deposit from me through check and not installed the product yet. Every time we setup an appointment to finalize the color of gutters, nobody shows up and this has happened 3 times now. I think I have made a terrible mistake by paying them a deposit upfront. Hoping they are a genuine company and not a scam.
