Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Todd Beekman of Tricor Inspection LLC  is a Certified Master Inspector and licensed builder providing Home, Building, and Environmental Inspection Assessments since 1993.  He has an extensive background in building root-cause analysis. Your home is probably the greatest purchase you will ever make.  As an InterNACHI- Certified Professional Inspector, I urge you to protect your investment and protect your family by hiring me.  I’m proud to bring my expertise to each inspection I perform, and I will do my best job for you. Todd Beekman of Tricor Inspection is a certified IEP-Indoor Environmental Professional providing IAQ-Indoor Air Quality testing that determines levels of mold contamination in the air or type of surface mold if present. A site assessment is made with an infrared thermal imager and particle counter to locate the root cause or high risk areas that can support organic fungal growth. If mold remediation is recommended, a verbal protocol will be provided to your remediator at no charge. A written fee based protocol, as often requested by insurance companies, is also available. A remediation protocol also insures a more accurate quote. Todd Beekman is considered to be an expert in these matters and is often hired by legal firms to provide expert testimony in court cases. Call Tricor today for more testing and inspection details. My Promise to You Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you. Inspected once, Inspected right! ® Helping home buyers and owners understand the indoor air quality, corrective action, and peace of mind.
