Introduction: Athletes, Performers, CEO’s and even You can have your own coach now. As your coach I can help guide you, encourage you, motivate, inspire, support and challenge you! A coach’s number one focus is your game and helping you win! A coach is right for you if you are open to sharing, being real with yourself, and willing to do the work required to change your life. A coach does not fix you but helps to move you forward. My coaching is playful because when in a state of playfulness we are less defensive and resistant. In a state of playfulness, we are open to taking risks and action even when we don’t know what the outcome will be. When we were kids we had a learner’s mindset, we were excited about new possibilities and we had an attitude of “let’s see what will happen and how can we learn from the experience.” What would be possible if you took amazing care of yourself so you felt alive with a greater sense of freedom, fulfillment and joy in your life? The Secret is Self-Care! Self-Care is Everything!! Every area of your life is connected and affected by each other. Self -Care is like a pebble dropped in a pond which ripples out and affects each circle. Whether it is your physical health, relationships, thoughts and attitudes, work life, creating a daily habit of self-care is essential to every area of your life. Wherever you are on your journey is perfect! Together we can design a Self-Care program for you. My clients are those that may be new to understanding the importance of Self-Care, as well as, those who may want to deepen their practice. Areas we may address: 1) Engagement: How you engage in the world. Growth Mindset and Playfulness 2) The Essentials- how to take care of your basic needs. How to nurture yourself with food, movement, sleep, breath. 3)Roots- Grounding and balance. How to stay centered in spite of diversity around you. 4) Environment- Connections outside yourself- your support systems and space. 5)Wisdom- how to let the highest wisest part of yourself be in charge. How to notice when she is not. This is your thoughts. 6)Love- this is about connecting with your heart, loving yourself and self-compassion 7)Influence- this is about how you use your words and voice to share your message and passions and connect with others 8)Inspiration- what do you do to find purpose and passion in your life? 9)Bliss- what do you do that brings joy and happiness? 10) Rejoice- celebrate your accomplishments. Notice how you have moved closer to fill in the gap. From new moms, mom-prenuers, stay at home moms, professional woman and those making transitions or trying to find a new purpose- we all need self-care! Your journey begins with a vision for a better version of yourself and one big step forward. I would be honored to guide you on your journey. My background is occupational therapy and life coaching. I have been in private practice for over 15 years.

Michelle has helped me to get out of a “rut”! I was feeling overwhelmed with day to day responsibilities associated with work, running a household, and balancing time for myself! Time for exercise was lowest on my list. With her coaching, I have made positive change with my daily habits: my goal—more exercise! Michelle showed me the importance of prioritizing time for my personal goals and finding ways to work these into a busy routine. She provided me both nurturing and strategizing—support I needed to get on track! We developed concrete and realistic plans to help me attain my goals and feel great about my accomplishments.
