I'm not really sure where to begin because my level of frustration with Super Shooter Photography is at an ALL TIME HIGH! They arrived at our home and immediately began setup, which was the only impressive act that happened all day. Lights, camera, action, there was a green screen, back drops, props and after 2 or more hours of posing and smiling there must have been more than 500 photos snapped. Now please keep in mind that this shoot happened just a week before Thanskgiving. We were promised the moon, especially with the Green Screen because we wanted to pick a photo for our holiday cards. Fast forward to today, 12/22/15 and all we have seen is about 20 or so photos all on the Black Backdrop. We asked if some minor edits could be made and after a brief conversation about edits we have never heard a SINGLE word back from them/her! No more pictures, no more edits, not even a returned phone call, email or Facebook Message! Needless to say we do not have Holiday Cards, Pictures to give to the Grandparents as gifts, photos to hang in our home and we are out the $$$. So all in all, when they say don't judge a book a by it's cover, they are not lying. It looked good from the outside with the setup, but the body of the work was VERY disappointing. I would recommend Super Shooter Photography to NOBODY!

I paid for services rendered with the promise of a 2 week return so I could send out Christmas cards! It's has been almost a month and I have sent messages with no response! I paid in cash ! I would not recommend this company starter or not who can't return a phone call and lack of follow through when someone pays you! Unprofessional at best
