FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our bidding process isn't uniform, and is specific to each potential job. Unlike other companies who have standard figures that they must attain in order to justify the work, we do not. We will come up with the best solutions for you at the most competitive price we can put forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A member(s) of the Titan team will meet with the new client, and introduce themselves and the company. After completely going over the prospective project, and answering any questions, we will begin the process of putting together our proposal. Many times this is done onsite, and an exact project price will be discussed then. If an onsite proposal isn't possible, we pride ourselves on having our proposal done within 24 hours of our meeting. If both parties agree to the terms, a contract is then signed, and the work will be scheduled. Upon completion of the project, if the homeowner chooses, a final walk thru will be done to ensure their complete satisfaction. Our relationship at that point remains open, and any questions or concerns you have in the future, Titan will be happy to answer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Titan Siding and Roofing strives to stay ahead of industry standard practices by continuing our education and updating our certifications every year. Our sales representatives, and management are all required to take the Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System Contractor Education Modules. We regularly attend training seminars, plant tours, and other informative events in order to remain up to date on all new products and installation procedures.
