Introduction: At RAN Investments Plus, LLC we take the time to understand each customer's vision of how they would like their project to look. Due to the number of small projects that have come our way we have expanded our services. We now offer drywall repair, interior door replacement, bathroom upgrades (excluding electrical and plumbing location changes). Respecting a customer's property and sometimes customs is very important to us. When we finish the customer has what they want and there is never a mess for them to clean up. Any trim that is paint grade is caulked and paint ready upon completion. Finished trim has all the nail holes filled with color match fill. Attention to details is key to how we operate. The ability to take a person's vision and make it a reality. We take pride in the small details that usually get overlooked and when it makes a customer happy we are happy. RAN Investments Plus slogan is ''From Concept to Reality''. We enjoy making our customer's concept of how they want their home to look a reality.

Rebecca put up chair rail in a bedroom/bathroom suite and then in another bathroom at a later date. She was on time, stayed in contact, did not halt her work the entire time there, did a fantastic job, was clean and neat. I would definitely use her services again and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Flawless work and incredible attention to detail! I will definitely use Rebecca again for my trim! She tied up loose ends from a kitchen remodel and installed trim and crown molding like the pro she is! I didn't even have to caulk!

Free estimates 1 Year workmanship warranty on all work (transferable if home is sold prior to the 1 year) 10% Discount on labor for seniors and veterans NO deposit required unless something is a special order and non returnable No up charge on materials....what we pay is what you pay
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact we schedule an appointment to discuss and measure for a project. We take the time to understand exactly what a homeowner wants and expects. We then provide a detailed estimate of the work involved. If the homeowner likes the quote we schedule as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 32 years in the construction trade. The last 21 years were as a trim carpenter and cabinet installer here in the Cincinnati area. Experienced in drywall repair, decorative trim, cabinet installation and repair, and basic plumbing related to the installation vanities and sinks.
