Stephen Washington from Gene Love made everything happen that I was hoping and expecting. I had a large amount of work/renovations done to my house that included All new plumbing, sewer and main water line, All new HVAC tubing, and updated electric to my 80 year old home. Stephen really cares about his job and especially the customer. This is rare this day and age as it seems like everything is more expensive and customer service is non existent in most companies which make the customer feel hopeless and like they have no voice. Not with Stephen and Gene Love. They worked around my Night shift Schedule, being very polite and attentive towards the customer's needs. Stephen is a tough negotiator but they were extremely fair with the price and do very high quality work. You cannot beat Gene Love, they do it all. If a plumbing issue arises during the HVAC work, they do not leave you hanging, they just phone the office and a plumber fixes it right away. They are ahead of the curve with their business model. If you are getting any work done underneath your house you would be a fool to call anybody but Gene Love since they do it all!
