I have never been so pleased with a service before - Joseph and his team went above and beyond in their work. Upon first inspection, we thought it was refrigerant but on second inspection, before he was to put the refrigerant in the unit, he noticed a leak and told me honestly it would not be worth doing this procedure and a new condenser would have to be installed. He gave me several options as to how to proceed and was very transparent as to what the costs would be. And even after the condenser was installed, there were some issues regarding my thermostats. Joseph and his team were at my house until about 8 p.m. trying to fix a valve in the attic that was preventing the cold air from coming through the vents. I have never seen such diligence and patience as they went outside to the unit and back up to the attic several times to correct it. It took 3 visits, but my air is perfectly cold now. Really, if anyone is looking for good quality service with people who really care about their customers, hire these guys. I most certainly will again in the future if I need to.

Mr. Davis at Airpro is what you will call the true professional. He diagnosed and made the repair. Also when slight issues arose, he is very responsive to texts and calls. He came and made any repairs that was necessary right away. I highly recommend Airpro and Mr. Davis!
