- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing widely varies related to the damage, size of the area effected, and amount of water damage you have in your home. We do not give prices until we come out and give you a risk-free estimate and assess the damage in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first find out all the information related to your inquiry/concern and we make sure we have all your information noted (Name, Phone Number, Address, Insurance Company, etc). We will then come out (if you want to work with us) and offer you a risk-free estimate to assess the damage of your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician that comes to your home is fully IICRC certified, meaning we have taken all the proper steps to make sure your house is in the best hands possible when it comes to helping you related to Water Damage in your home. You can rest assured you are in good hands when we work on your home.
