Storm Master replaced one roof on our former house after a hail storm got the better of it. They were quick and responsive, and did quality work. After that roof was replaced, we sold the house and bought a larger home in a neighboring town. In the new home, we had a roof leak after only two years, but it would only leak when there was wind-driven rain. I called Storm Master, because I needed someone I could trust that would also be very responsive, since we were forecast to get hit by a strong hurricane within two days of contacting. After speaking with James that morning, he had someone out to our house mid-day to survey the damage, give an estimate at no cost, and complete the work that afternoon. We are very grateful that Storm Master is so responsive. Their responsiveness is what saved us from having what would have become a much larger and more expensive problem after the hurricane. We highly recommend Storm Master, especially to anyone who cannot afford to wait for weeks for a repair. -Brian W.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing pricing is done by the 'square', which is a ten foot by ten foot section, 100 square feet. In order to quote a roofing job we either climb the roof and use a measuring tape, or we order an EagleView satellite service measurement which generally takes 48 hours to generate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will contact a new client by phone, and we set an appointment to meet them in person at their property. We will then measure the roof and provide an immediate written, easy-to-understand estimate.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked as a commission-only door to door salesman for another roofing company, eventually working my way up to running their roofing division. After learning the business I started Storm Master Roofing in 2014, and I've done millions of dollars of Roofing since then.
