What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Projects that are clearly defined can be quoted in stages that are based on the scope of the work and an estimate of the time it takes to complete it. In design, space planning, remodeling and organizing, there are phases that are agreed upon and then carried out. I will detail these phases and the steps that will happen so that the homeowner can see the total cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's meet, discuss and map out your project. I make an appointment and see the space and create an initial estimate. I listen to you, find out what you are looking for, and then put together a plan.
