We recently built a new home and decided to keep our old home as an investment property. The thought of it was a little overwhelming. After the 1st meeting with CDA / Roost we decided we would take the gamble. I figured if we didn't like the management style we would manage it after the contract ended. Well now a few months into the process we couldn't be happier. We feel completely informed about any issue that comes up and CDA takes care of it immediately with not only us as the owners best interest in mind but we feel the tenant also. They want good renters and owners and have helped to find this for us and saved us all the time of showing, screening etc. If you are thinking about this in your future or even just need a place to rent give them a try, we are so glad we made the decision to have CDA / Roost help us with our property. We don't have to worry about how things are going and can worry about the important things in our life like enjoying our family time and saving for our future.

Lori Wilson managed my house as a rental and then sold the house for me also. She was excellent taking care of everything quickly and efficiently and also making sure the property was maintained. She went out of her way and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent to buy, rent or sell a property.
