- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always straight forward. There will never be an upcharge unless you adding on items. We do have options to add albums and prints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first would want talk with our clients, either over the phone or in person. If we are a good fit then we will have the couple sign a contract and put down a deposit. We never pressure and it’s ok if the clients need time to decide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have photographed over 300 weddings and events since 2006
