I was going to send her this privately after watching them but after walking around and inspecting their 'work' I had to make this public. This was a complete waste of my money, but mostly my time as it took 3 hours to do an hour of cleaning. She's loud, crude, will judge your living space and complain about you for her mistakes with her employees while she herself does nothing but generally mess stuff up. My kitchen table actually looks much dirtier than before and was not wiped down, they spent a lot of time in the bathroom where the sink and mirror were very clean but nothing was put back, the tub and toilet weren't touched, my large wall mirror wasn't cleaned, my tables, night stands, study area weren't touched literally at all, and they left a sink full of dishes in the sink. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire time, it was very unprofessional, the staff was concerning, the main woman was audibly telling her employees to slow down. We argued over money several times as she kept moving it up and down based on what she thought she earned vs. amount of time actually spent working. I was trying to be community friendly and hire small business but honestly, she really has to fix her business ethics because I could never recommend her to another person in good concious.

I'm sorry you feel that way but when your sitting there high off of marijuana and trying to tell us what to do. You wouldn't let us clean your tables put your dishes away. We weren't allowed to pick your clothes up because that's the way you like it such as your bras hanging off the kitchen table chairs. You had your own cabinet of marijuana and you told us don't worry about that. I'm sorry I'm zoned out because you just smoked marijuana. Never once did I tell them to slow down. Maybe you shouldn't smoke so much marijuana. Also if you want I can post the pictures of your house. My employees and my myself are professional cleaners next time you shouldn't smoke so much marijuana.👍🏼

I think everything I asked her to do was done, good job with the bathtub and also organizing! Only critique is she threw everything out in a trash can that wasn't trash. I don't think it had anything super valuable in it but she probably shouldn't have just thrown something away like that

How nice to come home to a wonderfully clean-smelling house! Her vacuum didn't work, so I let her use mine. I've been unable to clean for a while, so this was a big job for her. Also, I have two cats, so the fur situation is always a challenge. Maria is open to suggestions and willing to do whatever cleaning task you ask her to do.
