Laurie helped me prepare for the holidays. She did some decorating, packing and mailing packages and other general organization. She always shows up with a smile and is willing to take on anything. She made my holidays run much smoother. I'm looking forward to working more with her in the new year!

As a disabled person, I was unable to pick up my newly adopted dog in CT without assistance. A friend of mine backed out last minute, and after contacting countless pet transport services and local rescues for help, I found Thumbtack.
Laurie was professional and courteous, communicative and went above and beyond the job to get me down to Lebanon to pick up my new girl! She picked me up at the pet store, loaded the bags of dog food into the car for me, stopped at my storage unit to pick up my previous dog's supplies and helped me load them into her car. She was amazing the whole time, professional, friendly and brought along some work to keep busy during the adoption process while she waited.
On the way back up she stopped a few times to give the dog a break during the long trip, and even offered to watch her for a bit so that I could grab a sandwich at a rest stop.
I can not recommend her services enough! If I ever find myself in a pinch again, I will be sure to contact her for assistance.
