FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with my clients beforehand, whether in person or over the phone, so I can get a clear idea of what they're looking for and discuss my process with them in terms of the shoot itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college specifically for photography, studying at Montclair State University and the New York Institute of Photography. I've interned at a high end jewelry company as a photographer. I am employed with Lifetouch working with children from pre-k to high school taking their photos. I also own and operate my own registered photography business in New Jersey.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell in love with photography at an early age, primarily doing it as a hobby and using my friends as models. In college, I took many courses with it to build my technique and eye. During all of this, I was lucky enough to take my sister's engagement photos, which solidified the passion I had built up for it. Being able to see their love and connection and capture it on camera made me realize that this is what I am meant to do.
