THESE GUYS ARE GREAT!! I came up with an idea for a twist to everyday household scissors, and after the filing for my patent, I wanted to see if I could make a working prototype. My 11 year old son found Halo Technologies at a maker's fair, and said they would be able to help. Turns out, they did more than that! After signing an Non-disclosure Agreement at my request (even with patent-pending, I am very secretive with my idea), I sent them my patent artwork and discussed the idea, and they took it from there. Within a week, they developed and sent 3-D CAD drawings for my review, something I never could have done myself. We made a small modification after the first review, and off it went to one of their 3-D printers (they have several, able to print LARGE things, too). I was out of town when it was finished, but even in my absence, they found a second design issue that needed to be corrected. After a quick CAD edit, they printed another prototype that works flawlessly, I never even knew there was a problem until afterward. Problem solvers at work, what more could you ask for? These guys are really easy to work with, their pricing was extremely fair, and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for prototype or 3-D printing services. Halo Technologies was able to get us accurate and functioning FDM, SLA, and SLS parts at a fraction of the price of the large 3D printing service companies. I definitely recommend that you go to Halo technologies first before you place an order for your 3D printed parts.
