We treat our clients exactly how we would want to be treated if we hired a professional with respect, honesty, and fairness, and that is why our firm's client base is mostly from word of mouth referrals.
People often come to us during a very stressful time in their lives. We love knowing that clients leave our office with a feeling of peace like they have a good plan of action and someone they trust to walk them through their situation. Hearing the words "you have made me feel so much better" is the best part of our day!

Ms. Rivera was my BKC attorney in 2013. I found her to be a very competent advocate with a strong sense of justice. The case was made very difficult by the trustee and judge, but Ms. Rivera took on the challenge with a high degree of diligence and perseverance. Throughout the process, she was very accessible and took a great deal of time to thoroughly discuss the legal issues involved to my satisfaction. She has a good legal mind and is also very personable, making the process as "painless" for me as possible under the circumstances. I felt I had someone in there really pitching for me.
